At Passmores’ we’ve taken the time to construct a Management Course in Newcastle which incorporates tasks and information specifically designed to develop students in the skills listed above.

For example, to develop team leadership, we place the students in groups to complete different tasks to teach them to work together and to enable leadership skills. Students find the team work very challenging but, as the year progresses, they realise the importance of the skills they’re learning.
